(ANSA) – MILAN, DECEMBER 19 – He is held responsible for sexual violence against two minors. For this reason, on the delegation of the Milan Prosecutor, the Milan Provincial Carabinieri carried out a precautionary order against a 19-year-old Ecuadorian, held responsible for two episodes of sexual violence against as many minors. The investigation, conducted by the Milan Porta Monforte Operations Unit, ascertained violence in Bussero (Milan) on 12 August, against a 15-year-old and one in Milan on 19 September against a 16 years old. The attention of the investigators arises from the identical modus operandi implemented on the occasion of the two acts of violence: the suspect identified a minor alone in an M2 Metro station (Gorgonzola and Crescenzago) and from there began discreet stalking of the victims, which he followed until they arrived at their homes, where the girls, once the front door of the house was opened, were abused. It is thanks to details present in both incidents of violence that it was possible to recognize him: on board an electric scooter with bright orange elements; and wearing a green baseball cap which, it turned out, he commonly wore, including to work. Particularities that allowed the author to be identified with certainty. The nineteen-year-old went to work wearing the same clothes as the attacks, clothing that was found in the house.
