Stan Teuben will make his debut in the Eredivisie on Saturday. The referee will whistle the FC Volendam – FC Twente match at 6:45 p.m. and will therefore be at the helm of a match at the highest level in Dutch men’s football for the first time.
The 29-year-old referee from Aarle-Rixtel started his career in 2012 as a referee in amateur football and has subsequently refereed 138 matches in the Kitchen Champion Division.
On the sidelines, Teuben receives support from assistant referees Mario Diks and Joost van Zuilen, while Wouter Wiersma acts as the fourth official.
Kitchen Champion Division
In the Kitchen Champion Division, the undefeated leader ADO Den Haag will take on number 2 SC Cambuur on Friday evening (8 p.m.). This match is led by Serdar Gözübüyük.
