Rising Stars Shine at Inter-District UT Badminton Championship 2025-26

Srinagar,India – The future of badminton is on full display as the Inter-District UT Level Badminton Championship 2025-26 unfolds at the Indoor Sports Complex in Wazirbagh,Srinagar. This significant event, organized by the Department of Youth Services and Sports, J&K, is showcasing the burgeoning talent of young athletes across all age groups, wiht competitions running through December 5, 2025.

The championship kicked off with intense U/14 boys’ matches, featuring promising players from every district within the Union Territory. The opening ceremony, graced by Joint Director of Youth Services & Sports Kashmir, Mohammad Rashid Kohli, alongside DYSSO Srinagar Ghulam Hassan Lone and other dignitaries, set a high-energy tone for the tournament.
