Reports from Brazilian media indicate that Oscar fainted while on an exercise bicycle at the club’s training facility. He was reportedly unconscious for approximately two minutes before receiving immediate medical attention from club professionals and a medical team from Hospital Israelita Albert Einstein, who were present at the scene.He was subsequently transported to the hospital by ambulance.
São Paulo released a statement confirming the incident: “During the tests carried out on Tuesday morning, at SuperCT (the club’s training complex), as part of the pre-season readiness, Oscar presented a complication with cardiac changes, and was instantly treated by the club’s professionals and the medical team from the Hospital Israelita Albert Einstein, who were present at the scene. The player was then taken to hospital, where he is clinically stable and remains under observation to perform more tests to clarify the diagnosis.”
