Witnesses described a scene of sudden chaos.”We were listening to music when suddenly everything turned into chaos in the train car,” a student on the train told Sky News. “People shouted: ‘He has a knife!’ Everyone was trying to escape.”

Authorities have arrested a 32-year-old British national in connection with the incident. He has been charged with attempted murder with a knife.The british Transport Police have stated that there is currently “nothing to suggest that this is a terrorist incident.”
