This past Sunday, November 23rd, saw the club’s top juniors testing their mettle at the Italian A2 championships in Follonica, while a formidable contingent battled for regional supremacy in Arenzano. National Stage: Experience Gained at the Italian A2 Championships
In Follonica, the spotlight was on two of OK Club Imperia’s most promising junior black belts: Marta Brignola and Nicola Saglietto. Competing at the Italian A2 Championships is no small feat, representing the pinnacle of junior competition in Italy. Both athletes showcased remarkable resilience and skill on the tatami, demonstrating the kind of composure that seasoned competitors possess.While the medal count didn’t swing their way this time, their performances were far from a loss.
