HF Mitt F15 Team 4 Presentation

What is your focus in the preparations for the Swedish Cup?
Finding each other as a team. Getting the girls to assume being too nervous for the task without going there and having fun.

What expectations do you have for the Swedish Cup?
What we are all looking forward to is being able to compete with the best in the age group -10 from other parts of Sweden. We look forward to feeling the competitive nerves and having the opportunity to develop both individually and as a team during the weekend. We are also looking forward to making new friendships and sharing this exciting experience together. The Swedish Cup is an opportunity to show off as a player, and we are ready to do our very best in every match and every situation on the pitch

How do you see the Swedish Cup as part of the players’ development journey?
We to face Sweden’s best 15-year-olds and for us but also in general it is extremely rewarding to play its tough matches. You rise a notch or two both as a collective and individually and are exactly the challenge you need to continue developing.

How do you build team spirit when players come from different clubs in the district?
We have tried to mix the girls at the meetings we have had. We have talked a lot about the importance of being a group and hope the girls have taken that to heart. During the Swedish Cup, we as leaders will work on being “one team”.

What is the funnest thing about being at the Swedish Cup?
To be part of handball, to compete against the best in the same age group, but above all to make lots of new friends.

If you had to describe the Swedish Cup in three words – which would you choose?
Big, intense & fun!

What do you think the players will remember most from the weekend?
I think the players will mainly remember the community in the team, the emotional moments both on and off the field, as well as the joy of sharing this unique experience together. For many, it will probably also be the moments of excitement before the matches and the new friendships with players from all over the country that stick the most.

Fun matches, good arrangements, meet players from all over the country and thus also new friends.

Any words that describe your team?
A group of positive and enthusiastic girls who have really found each other both on and off the field. We hope that a strong group dynamic will help to maintain a high level throughout the tournament. We hope that the girls support each other in all situations, which creates a safe and inspiring environment where each player can perform at their best.

What does the Swedish Cup mean to you as a leader?
An event like the Swedish Cup means an incredible amount to us leaders. It gives us the opportunity to grow together with the team, exchange experiences with other leaders and see the players develop both sportingly and as people. Being able to join and support the girls through both ups and downs creates a stronger community and gives us energy to continue our commitment. In addition, it is inspiring to take part in the positive atmosphere and the fantastic team spirit that pervades the Swedish Cup.

Which associations do the players come from?
RP IF, NKIK, Västervik and VästeråsIrsta

We wish HF Mitt F15 team 4 the best of luck.
