“With a presidential decree dated November 20,2025,the Regional Administrative Court of Lombardy,Brescia section,suspended the effects of the prefectural decree of Brescia dated November 12,2025. The court deemed the ‘consolidated and persistent rivalry between the two fan bases’ to be neither current nor definitively proven,and found the exclusion of loyalty card holders from ticket sales to be unfounded.”
