Ghana’s 2026 World Cup Qualification: Details & Reactions

Ghana qualified this Sunday for the 2026 Football World Cup after its success against the Comoros (1-0) in Accra.

The Black Stars finish at the top of Group I in the Africa zone.

This will be Ghana’s fifth participation in the World Cup, after 2006, 2010 (quarter-finalist), 2014 and 2022.

They join four other African teams already qualified, Morocco, Tunisia, Algeria and Egypt.
