“The feeling is definitely very happy to be able to have back to back finals, but we still have to control it because we still have to focus. There is still tomorrow where we have to be better prepared,” said Fikri in a statement via the federation, Sunday (26/10/2025).

Thought revealed that the key to their victory against Aaron/Soh was implementing a faster attack strategy than their opponent.
“We attacked from the start, not letting the opponent develop. We also focused point by point, when we were ahead and the opponent was catching up, we didn’t think too much about it, we immediately focused on the next point,” he said.
The same feelings were expressed Dawn although he was not satisfied because there was still one last exam that had to be completed.
In the final round French Open 2025Fajar/Fikri will face Kim Won Ho/Seo Seung Jae (South Korea). This match will be their fourth meeting and the second in the final round with head to head 2-1, Kim/Seo ahead.
For Fajar/Fikrithis also gives them the opportunity to win the title after being runners-up in the previous tournament. Last weekend Fajar/Fikri finished second at the Denmark Open 2025.
“I’m very happy to be able to get to the final again, but we want to win, so tomorrow against Kim/Seo we have to be prepared to be tired physically, mentally and focused. Tomorrow we have to go all out,” said Fajar.
“Against Kim/Seo you have to be calmer on the field. We know they are an extraordinary pair with extraordinary results this year. Very strong, very consistent but we are not afraid. We will fight as hard as possible and hopefully we can show our best,” stressed Fikri.
