Affordable Badminton: €5 Club a Success

Cold Jackals, a famous association of Plouha (Côtes-d’Armor) created by a collective of young people in 2003, has since offered the practice of leisure badminton at the Pass Sport gymnasium. And the slots are always full!

During its back-to-school general meeting on October 1, the Jackal Enrhumés office presented a very positive moral assessment.

Playing badminton with family or friends – and if you come alone you will of course find partners to train with – is still as successful as ever, with more than 170 members for the 2024-2025 season.

At each session, the ten plots of land installed in the room are quickly occupied.

€5 membership per year

One of the objectives achieved and maintained, among other things through the annual membership of €5, is to make the badminton activity accessible to as many people as possible, with a friendly and sporting associative spirit, whatever the level.

“We come so easily let off steam what a good time, while evolving if you are diligent! » adds Erwan Jousse, secretary of the association.

If members wish to go further than leisure activity, a competition section has been created 4 years ago. It operates separately from leisure activity.

The new elected office is composed as follows: president, Michel Le Tetre; vice-president, Michaël Gourdain; secretary, Erwan Jousse; vice-secretary, Florence Quinquis; treasurer: Ludovic Boin; vice-treasurer: Bewinda Taurand.

For more information: annual membership amount €5 (racket not provided), come at the start of the session (Monday at 6:15 p.m.; Wednesday at 6:15 p.m.; Sunday at 10:30 a.m.) or by email [email protected]
