Skoras is at AA Gent
AA Gent took Michal Skoras away from Club Brugge. The Polish winger cost the Buffalo’s barely 1.8 million euros. Blauw-Zwart made a strong loss on him, after he cost them 6 million euros. He could never continue in Bruges.
Leko is very happy with Skoras, who already scored twice and handed out two assists in four duels. “Michal is so happy that he got a chance somewhere. But it’s all about more than his technical qualities,” said Leko.

“Club Brugge paid six million euros for him – then you know that he can play football. Michal links mental, social and physical qualities to it. To play in Belgium you have to be physically top. That is why he is such an important asset,” says Leko.
The coach also looked back on the 2-4 victory in Bruges. “The reaction was against Anderlecht after the defeat,” Leko said. “Only we really have to improve in checking competitions, in stability, …”
“We still have too many opportunities. But we are building a team. And that is going with ups and downs. You feel that the winner’s mentality will sneak into the team. I like to see that,” he decided positively.
