The 2025 “Mongolian BA” Basketball League will start simultaneously in Ulanqab and Ordos on October 16. This tournament is jointly sponsored by the Autonomous Region Sports Bureau and the Ordos Municipal People’s Government. It covers 15 teams and is divided into three stages: the regular season, the playoffs and the finals. The schedule is from October 16 to November 2. The regular season is held in Ulanqab City and Ordos City Division, while the playoffs and finals are concentrated in Ordos. The event uses the slogan “Northern Xinjiang is fearless” and incorporates national elements to showcase regional culture and sportsmanship.
