Today,YamadaWe bring you the blog of (Commercial High School 4th, Kansai University Hokuyo)!

“I’m glad I was able to play baseball with these members at Kansai University.”

As I wrote my own blog and read everyone’s blog, I realized that college baseball is coming to an end, and I was filled with a very lonely feeling. Although this is a poor writing about my favorite baseball game I’ve been doing up until now, I will write about it with gratitude as I look back on it.

Although it is a league game period, we hope you will read it to the end.

Although I was reluctant to be influenced by my father, my baseball career began with the Victors team from the first grade of elementary school. In elementary school, I used to play multiple sports, including baseball, swimming and basketball. However, before I knew it, I fell in love with baseball, which I didn’t like, crying and forced to go, more than any other sport, and I think I’ve been able to continue this far. Looking back at the time, once practice was over, I was forced to practice under the apartment late, quarreling with my father, and going home every day. I am filled with gratitude to think that those days have helped me grow.

In junior high school, I joined Kwansei Medi Baseball Academy, and was taught not only baseball skills but also important things before I worked on baseball, which allowed me to grow as a person. When I was a freshman, I was scared of hardball balls, so I wasn’t a player who could play in games, but by working on baseball under a great coach, I was able to play in games and also competed in national tournaments.

In high school, I entered the same high school as my father and wanted to surpass my father, and without hesitation about Professor Tsujimoto’s passionate talk, I enrolled at Kansai University Hokuyo High School.

I’m proud to be able to play baseball wearing a traditional uniform. Once I joined the club, the level was many times higher than I imagined, and I was worried that I would be able to survive here, but I was able to compete in games from the fall of my first year and also served as captain in my own generation. In order to surpass his father, he must be competing in Koshien, but in the final summer he faced a loss to Osaka Toin 12-10 after 14 extra innings. In this game, he was hit with a home run on the 9th inning, and he was a man with no chance of hitting a double play in a tiebreaker, and his dream of becoming the best in Japan was not fulfilled and he ended high school baseball. However, it was thanks to the strict yet warm guidance from Professor Tsujimoto and Professor Tatsumi that we were able to compete so far against the powerful school Osaka Toin. I am truly grateful.

In university, Misugi Himama(Enrolled in 2020)Oh, Murata Asumi(Enrolled in 2020)Due to the influence of this, I was able to join the Kansai University baseball club, which I had always admired since high school.

From here onwards, I have experienced setbacks and joys that I have never felt before, and have been spending very intense and fulfilling days with the best members.

During his first year, he was unable to produce any outstanding results and was active in league games from the spring of his first year.HaruSeeing (Keishin 4, Hotoku Gakuen) and seeing his classmates starting with Team A, I remember feeling very frustrated when I started with Team B.

There were times when I didn’t do well no matter what I did and it felt like I was feeling disrupted, but my senior was injured in the fall of my first year, so although I wasn’t very good, I joined the A-team and was able to bench in the fall league games.

However, halfway through, I was so frustrated that I couldn’t do anything even after falling off the bench and even getting on the bench, so I practiced desperately.

Although it was a fall league match, the second year students hit their first league hit in the 12th inning of extra time, and they were able to feel even more joy. However, the team missed Jingu Shrine with only one win in both Spring and Autumn, and experienced more frustration than they had ever felt before.

In the third year, I was able to become a regular player for the first time, and I was thinking about getting along with the help of my seniors, but spring and autumn were a season that didn’t produce good results.

In the spring of 4th year, I was in a position to lead the team as an executive, and I was able to take this team to Jingu. The result was 5th place. Not only did I only hit two hits, I also made a lot of errors and fell into the starting lineup. There have been times when no matter what I did, things didn’t go well. I felt sorry, sympathy and frustration at the inability to fulfill my role as a team leader, and experienced setbacks I had never experienced in my life. Once the game is over, I’m scared to go outside the stadium, and when I’m alone at home, it’s such a difficult time that I don’t know what to do. It was getting harder to pretend to be okay and talk to everyone.

However, even so, people still give words of encouragement to themselves, people who tease them and turn them into laughter, people who have high expectations of me, and everyone who supports me from the stands with a huge voice, no matter how circumstances. I was able to get back to this extent with the help of my teammates.

Thank you so much.

Now, my dream is to go to the shrine with such a great friend and become the number one in Japan.

The match against Ritsumeito in the opening match ended with points dropped, but this does not mean that the winner has stopped. Kansai University is the only team that feels so united, whether you’re on the ground or in the stands.

As long as I have lots of support from people, I will try to play with all my might, never give up until the very end, without giving up. I really want to win the number one in Japan with this team. Let’s start from here and let’s all win eight in a row and go all the way to the best in Japan🔥

I was also able to grow to this extent in university thanks to the support of many people involved in the Kansai University baseball team, including Coach Oda, Coach Hioki, Yamaguchi, former manager Hayase, Kitahara, Professor Tajiri, Goda, Nakamoto, Kume, Shibata, Ueda, and Kansai University alumni and OG. thank you.

I especially appreciated the help of Director Oda. Since joining the club, he has been expecting me from a lack of ability, and has continued to use it in games, and I believe that without Coach Oda, I would not be the person I am today. thank you. Also, thank you to Coach Oda and former manager Hayase for your hard work despite their busy schedules for me. I’m truly grateful.

I will do my best to be successful.

The season has begun, but I would like to repay the favor by being the number one in Japan in the final league match.

We look forward to your continued support.

To my parents

To my father

He is a respectable father. Thank you so much for letting me start playing baseball. I am grateful for now that I was a left-handed person, and I was a right-handed person, without knowing his dominant hand, he made him a right-handed player. When it comes to baseball, my father changes his eyes and teaches me, but I often remember being so angry and being forced to practice like an idiot, and being made to cry. However, I don’t think we would have been able to continue playing baseball this much if we hadn’t done that at the time. Thank you so much. I would be happy if they would come to watch the game without just golfing until the very end of their baseball career.

To my mother

Thank you for letting me continue playing baseball without any inconvenience. Thank you for cherishing, caring, and sometimes strict about your selfish self.

The bento boxes that I made every day until high school, and the rice balls and dinners that I still make every day are all incredibly delicious. It was thanks to my mother that I was able to grow up such a strong body. I will do my best to ensure that I can watch the game with peace of mind during the fall league games. I think I’ll continue to cause many troubles in the future, but I look forward to it.

To my sister and brother

Thank you for having fun in so many ways.

He came to watch the game, helped me with things, caused a lot of trouble and I think he held back. I’m grateful.

Aki should try harder for baseball a little more.

I think I can do more! I’m looking forward to it.

To my teammates

Thank you so much for the past four years! There were differences of opinions and disputes, but I think it’s because this member is the one who has become so no match for us! It was a real fun time playing baseball and playing around with everyone on the ground, and it’s sad to think that I won’t be able to do that soon. Although I was such a strange person, I am full of gratitude for being kind to the end.

I am also filled with gratitude to all the managers. Thank you for supporting my team for four years and for creating an environment where I can devote myself to baseball to my heart’s content!

Taicheng(Shared by Osaka Toin)Jianxin(Policy 4: Kokugoku) is really amazing, and I often feel that it is amazing. When I see them pulling everyone, I feel like I need to pull even more.seaweed(Policy 4: Koryo),and(Share 4, Tenri),Okay(Hitoken 4, Osaka Gakugei)Hiroshi(Sys Science 4, Takigawa): Thank you for supporting my team as an executive and student coach, and for asking me to knock you to the point of knocking me! There are only a few left, but let’s all work hard at the last sprint together!
Haruru(Law 4, Hotoku Gakuen) gave me a lot of help. I wrote on Haruru’s blog that I encouraged him, but he spoke to me about how much it was worth comparing, and I think he was encouraged. After the match, Haruru was often helped by jokes and smiling despite his amazing face and hard to speak to him. Thank you very much.
MmmI was able to stay at my house at (Fuku 4, Taisha) and thank you very much for your help. Thank you for trolling so much in my house lol

Since I was a first year, I have had a lot of thoughts about not wanting to lose to Haruto, whether it’s amazing when I hit or defend. It wasn’t the usual time at the opening round, but you definitely need your strength to become the best in Japan. When I think back to myself in spring, I think I can understand how I feel now for a little while. Haruto wouldn’t end like this, and I don’t want it to end. I think it will explode from the Kyoto University War!

Taisei is a reliable captain and a friend I can admire no matter what he does. I think it was the same whenever I did. It’s a little sad to think that the monthly event where people go for a haircut and have their meals sent by car will soon be over. Basically, he’s a joke around, but in baseball, he thinks the most about his team and acts in any situation, making him a man who is truly worthy of being the number one captain in Japan. Let’s do our best until the end. We will always be number one in Japan and lift up Taisei. “Win and cry” is the coolest thing.

It was a very intense four years when I had a lot of things that made me truly happy to be a part of this grade. Let’s all go to Jingu and see the best scenery in Japan! ! Let’s all do our best together a little more!

To my junior

It was fun to have casual moments on the ground, talking about nothing and sometimes serious about baseball. Thank you for interacting with me so much. I think the time will come when I’m going to retire in no time. Of course, I hope you will cherish not only when you are practicing, but also when you are talking to seniors and juniors after practice. I think there will come a day when I think that casual time was important. I’m sure there were many new initiatives and some anxiety and dissatisfaction, but thank you to the executives for helping us with this!

Although it’s a little bit late, I’ll do my best to leave as many good things as possible to my cute juniors!

IncludedKang Sheng(France 3・Communications),blue sky(Tsai 2, Hotoku Gakuen)Heart too(Hitoken 1, Konan). When it comes to baseball, they are proud of their incredible strength, and the three cute girls often interact with each other during and outside of practice. I’m looking forward to seeing the three of them all play in the starting lineup in the league. I’m looking forward to it! Please continue to do your best from now on.

A word about baseball life

“Dreams come true”

This word was written when Ichiro received his signature and is a word I still cherish today. I have been playing baseball since elementary school, and have been dreaming of becoming the best in Japan, but I have not yet been able to make it come true. However, just like these words, I believe that dreams will come true. I am full of desire to make my dream of becoming the number one in Japan come true with everyone on the Kansai University baseball team and the wonderful cheerleaders who always push me. Although we lost the opening round, there is still a chance of winning! Let’s showcase our true strength. I can’t lose anymore. Let’s keep winning together and become the number one in Japan!

Thank you for reading to the end.
