The carabinieri of the Scoglitti station, together with the staff of the Eliportato CC hunters of Sicily – Squadriglia Falco 11 and of the dog nucleus of Nicolosi, during a targeted service aimed at contrasting crimes in the field of drugs, proceeded to control the home of the IA, a twenty -two year old victorious. The carabinieri, after having access to the property, first identified the owner and then performed a check that allowed to find, hidden in the garage, of the marijuana -like drug, as well as a precision balance and various material for packaging. Taking note of what has been discovered, the military decided to deepen the investigations by also extending them to the commercial exercise by the same managed and, even there, they found further marijuana.
Therefore the carabinieri subjected all the amazing found, about 83 grams of marijuana, together with the tools for weighing and the division into doses.
By reporting the elements that emerged from the police activity, the carabinieri considered that they could exclude that the detention of the drug could be attributable to an exclusively personal use but, rather, aimed at the illegal transfer to third parties.
Subsequently, the military, after the preliminary investigations, conducted Ia at their offices in order to submit it to the procedures to fully identify it.
At that point, the victorious, strongly suspicious of the crime of illegal possession of marijuana -type amazing substance, was arrested – always saved the presumption of innocence – and, after the ritual acts, conducted, under house arrest, at its home.
