Overall summary

In the June 2025 period, Tochigi Brex Co., Ltd.’s plan (target) formulation stage, we had the assumption that record-breaking performance growth from the June 2023 to the June 2024 period included a certain amount of short-term external factors, such as the “World Cup effect” and “recovery of demand from the COVID-19 pandemic.” Furthermore, we have set aggressive goals and promoted them, aiming for further growth.

As a result, thanks to the fact that the winner was the winner, we achieved an increase in sales and profits this fiscal year. In both sales, operating income, net income before tax, and net income significantly surpassed the previous fiscal year’s record, which was a record high.

In addition to the high sales of all major categories (sponsored tickets, merchandise, schools, and fan clubs), all achieved record highs, and revenue from B.LEAGUE’s postseason and participation and victory in BCL Asia 2025 (contest participation fees, travel expenses subsidies, prize money, etc.) also contributed to the overall sales increase.

Furthermore, the allocation from B.LEAGUE also increased compared to the previous fiscal year, supporting sales growth.

On the other hand, due to an increase in costs, game operation and labor costs due to increased sales, and a rise in various purchase prices, the cost increased significantly compared to the previous year.
