In addition to Thuy Linh with VU Thi Trang, another representative of the host from the qualification round is at the start in the women’s singles.
In the men’s singles, experienced tennis player Nguyen Tien Minh also competed from the qualification round.
The two players who take part in the main round of this event are Nguyen Hai Dang and Le Duc Phat, whereby Hai Dang is number 7.
