Sporting Charleroi Signs New Right-Back | Transfers News

It’s official, Sporting de Charleroi recorded a new arrival this Tuesday. Patrick Pflücke joins the zebras.

The German right background has initialed a two -season contract, until June 2027, with an optional year. The player arrives from the Mechelen KV for 400,000 euros according to Transfer market.

The neo-carolo arrived in Belgium in July 2023 by signing with the Malinois. He will therefore now know his second adventure in the flat country.

With the Pro League team he played a total of 75 games for nine scored goals and eleven assists issued. At the start of the season, he had taken part in each of the six Mechelen games. His playing time, however, regressed as the matches progresses.

An experience reinforcement

He was largely trained in Mainz (Germany) before joining Dortmund team B (Germany), Uerdingen (Germany), Roda JC (Netherlands) and Servette (Switzerland). Many adventures have therefore already been there for Patrick Pflücke.

He will compete with Antoine Bernier on the right flank. The zebras were at the quest for a reinforcement of experience, to which his profile corresponds perfectly.
