Jannik and Lorenzo will face each other on the night between Wednesday and Thursday for a seat in the semifinal
The organizers of the US Open did the trick: The Italian Super Derby in the quarter -finals, between Jannik Sinner and Lorenzo Musetti, will take place in the middle of the night, between Wednesday and Thursday. The all -blue challenge will in fact be the last match scheduled for tomorrow on Arthur Ashe after the female challenge between Karolina Muchova and Naomi Osaka, which will begin at 1 night Italian time. Sinner and Musetti will take the field immediately afterwards with therefore undefined hours, but probably around 3/3.30 at night.
Those who win the all-Italian challenge will face one between Alex de Minaur and Felix Aumer-Aliassime in the semifinal, on the pitch at 5.30 pm on Wednesday as the first match of the day: Sinner and Musetti will play knowing already who would face the semifinals.
