Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in the activities of the Shinshu Brave Warriors.
We would like to inform you that NAGANO SPIRIT Co., Ltd. (Head Office: Nagano City, Nagano Prefecture, CEO and President, Kido Yasuyuki), the Shinshu Brave Warriors operator, has decided to take over the management of the three-person basketball team and the promotion of basketball, from FROM SHINSHU LLC (Matsumoto City Representative Takei Hiroaki), and have signed a contract with the company on September 11, 2025.
The Shinshu Brave Warriors operate in “ALL Shinshu”, and become the number one in Japan, and then the club around the world.
background
1. The Shinshu Brave Warriors will be participating in the B. Premier League (Top League) from the season when the B League begins in autumn 2026.
2. The Premier League abolishes the promotion and relegation system for competition wins and losses, and the category is determined by the performance of the operating company (three criteria: sales, number of attendees, and arena).
3. As the scale of the basketball industry is expanding, further support from all prefectures will be required, but in order to continue participating in the Top League with the arena capacity regulations (more than 5,000 people), official matches will be limited to two cities: Nagano and Matsumoto.
Purpose
1. In order to operate throughout Nagano Prefecture, Shinshu Brave Warriors 3X3 will be held indoor and outdoor venues, including commercial and cultural facilities, tourist attractions, small and medium-sized gymnasiums, etc., taking advantage of the characteristics of the 3X3.
2. We will hold games and basketball schools all over Nagano Prefecture, creating an environment where residents in the host area can support the Warriors in a friendly and accessible way.
3. The Shinshu Brave Warriors 3X3 will play games in various locations in Nagano Prefecture, providing children in the event area with basketball clinics and professional players, providing venues for presentations for multiple sports, including cheerleaders, and revitalizing the region by attracting customers.
As a team of the Shinshu Brave Warriors
Warriors Pyramid
1. Trainees from 5×5 teams, retired players, and youth players in 3×3 activities
2. 3×3 players act as coaches for club teams and schools
3. Create a teaching curriculum and implement part of the Warriors School’s teaching and begin coaching training.
By creating a better environment and introducing human resources, we have produced players and coaches who will make their way into the world.
