Regensburg Baseball: Playoffs & Max Kepler

There are a lot of reasons to be really proud: the Guggenberger legionnaires were finally back in the final after a long time! Trainer Matt Vance shaped a team in his first season that not only shines on the pitch, but also inspires as a team. Anyone who has seen how many fans were at the semi -finals in Hamburg or at the final games in Heidenheim has felt how much happened here in just one year.

Meet & Greet in Stadion

This special support of the fans has of course also not missed Matt Vance, his coaches and the team. That is why the team wants to thank the helpers and fans on Saturday, September 13, 2025, from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. at a meet & greet in the stadium. In addition to autographs and photos, there are also a number of other actions, for example the auction of a jersey.

Current games

The way to the Armin Wolf Arena is worthwhile several times. Because there is still a lot of baseball to be seen. It starts on Saturday, September 13th, 2025, at 10:00 a.m. (second game 12:00 p.m.) on the softball court, the U12 in the Bayernliga against the Freising Grizzlies. At 12:00 p.m., the Academy team starts in the stadium with the second playoff game against Saarlouis. The Regensburg played one game one. At 1:00 p.m., men three go to their playoff games against the second team of the Red Lions Schwaig.

Max Kepler relies on more baseball in Germany

The Armin-Wolf-Arena apparently also remembered MLB star Max Kepler well. “We have a nice stadium in Regensburg,” said Kepler recently in an interview, combined with the idea of playing MLB games in Germany. Kepler also thinks about doing more baseball camps in Germany during the season breaks. Well, the Guggenberger legionnaires and the baseball school are ready, Max Kepler is always very welcome in Regensburg.
