Park Shin -ja Cup, which celebrated its 10th anniversary this year, was successfully completed. In particular, it was also harvested to be reborn as ‘concentration Busan’ in the competition from the Futures League to the Yu Girl Basketball Tournament and the Park Shinja Cup.

The Park Shinja Cup, which began in 2015, was sponsored by BNK Financial Group this year. This year, six WKBL teams, last year’s Japan W League winning team Fujitsu Red Wave and runner -up team Denso Iris participated. For the first time, the European team, Casademont Sarah Gosa (Spain) and DVTK Hunte (Hungary), were invited to expand.

Korean teams suffered from falling in the qualifiers except for KB Stars. In the meantime, BNK went to the semifinals with BNK’s Sarah Tack, Shinhan Bank pressed DVTK, and KB Stars also won 83-82 to Denso.

KB Stars finished fourth in the semi-finals (Fuji Tzjeon 73-78) and 3-4th (Sarah 78-83). Nevertheless, he continued to fight against the Japanese teams and the previous European teams in the physical, and showed the ‘archery basketball’ with the outer gun.

It was helpful for domestic teams to work with players who are superior in physique and technology. Kim Wan -soo, director of KB Stars, said, “I have never been able to plan a plan for teams with good kidney and power while living as a leader. I studied a lot through this competition.”

The same was true of overseas teams. “It was a good experience in seeing other styles of basketball, and playing basketball in the European league.” Kusaka Hikaru Fujitsu also said, “The level of Korean women’s basketball has risen a lot.”

The Korea Women’s Basketball Federation (WKBL), BNK Financial Group, and Busan Metropolitan City are also essential. WKBL has been preparing to jump before the tournament and attracted several sponsors. The BNK Financial Group, which changed the operating body of the BNK basketball team to Busan Bank after winning the championship last season, also spared no support for the tournament. Busan attracted the possibility of ‘concentration’ from the July Futures League to the Yu Girls’ Competition and Park Shinja Cup.

Mrs. Park Shin -ja (84), a legend of Korean women’s basketball, who visited Park Shin -ja Cup in two years, said, “WKBL governor or Secretary General was a basketball. Thank you. I am grateful to BNK owners, chairman and Busan officials.”

However, it is the homework that had difficulty in mobilizing the crowd. The Park Shinja Cup started at the end of the summer vacation, but it did not attract tourists. Since the resignation gym is more than 10,000 people, it is inevitable if the crowd does not come in.
