(PM). The riding tournament on Saturday at the Lindenhof in Nieder-Wöllstadt was in the sign of the young horses and the young riders.

At the center of the tournament were the exams for young horses in the morning. In competitions tailored to their level of training, the young horses showed their potential. Chantal Gärtner with her four -year -old mare Be Unique (RSV Waldhohlhof, Karben) won the riding horse test with a dream grade of 8.5 ahead of Lena Dressler with her three -year -old stallion Next Chapter (Domain Kinzigheimer Hof Bruchköbel) and Sabrina Kaufmann from the host club with four -year -old Kayo.

In the dressage horse test, which already demands extended training from the young horses, Christina Stewe from Jagd- und RV Jügesheim won with her mare Graciosa in front of Sabrina Sturm (Ronneburger Hügelland) with Botthals Donna Double and again Sabrina Kaufmann with Kayo from the Nieder-Wöllstadt riding and driving club.

In the following dressage test class A, the organizer had come up with something special: In addition to the sporting performance, a fairness price was awarded that awarded the rider, which with his horse on the preparatory place showed the greatest harmony in riding and the treatment of the animal. Since this evaluation was not announced, the joy of the winner of this prize, Sabrina Sturm Reibert with her horse Bodenhals Donna Double, was correspondingly great when she was able to receive the premium from the hand of the Mayor of Wöllstadt Markus Schütz.

In the sporting rating, Joana Göring won on her Haflinger Struwwelpeter ahead of Franziska Renker, board member of the host, with Diamond’s Lilly.

The young riders also took the opportunity to measure themselves in different classes. The equestrian competition »Step Trab Gallopp« of the 2011 riding year and disciples won Emilia Alicia Kneipp from Dorheimer RC on her Palomino Mute Coco Chanel together with Lotte Walter with her mare Nachtstern. Kasia Büger (Nieder-Florstadt) shared the third place on Melli and Caroline Ritzer on Diamond’s Lilly from the Nieder-Wöllstadt riding and driving club.

In the dressage competition, the quality of the basic gaits of the horse (step, trot, gallop), the permeability of the horse and the correct execution of the required lessons were assessed. Here Kaya Scherer from RFV Ronneburger Hügelland won on Reika with a top note of 8.0. A fairness price was also awarded in this youth test. Lea Polish on Svea from the Nidda riding and driving club won it. Merle Graiff from RV Johannishhof Bad Nauheim with Chanel won the dressage competition with Chanel.

Obstacles were cleared on the train for the final exams. This was where the young riders in Wöllstadt got their money’s worth: The smallest horse rider couple had the nose at the forefront here: Karla Best from PSV Wöllstadt won with her nimble mold isi Peasy in front of Franziska Cloth from Reichelsheim with a small Filou and Louis-Henning Schmidt on Pauline from the host club.

The style jumping competition was about mastering the course harmoniously. Karla Best was able to leave the competition with Isi Peasy: she won with her mold mare and a style grade of 7.4 in front of Louis-Henning Schmidt on Pauline with a grade of 7.0.
