Born from the collaboration between L’Eca and Professor Anita Elberso, the program faces the specific challenges of the leadership in football, drawing ideas also from the other sectors of sport and entertainment. Comolli and the other participants, from 4 to 6 September last, had the opportunity to deal with the cases of study of the teacher. Elbersi, in fact, has been dealing with sports business for almost 20 years: after studying the commercial success of Lebron James, in 2009, over the years he has dealt with analyzing club models such as PSG, Ajax, Barcelona, Manchester United by Sir Alex Ferguson or Real Madrid, of F1 stables such as Mercedes, of sportsmen such as Beckham or Salah and Legi like the NFL. American, up to the case on the Milan of the Redbird management which, last winter, had had a great media echo in Italy. And so, on the Harvard Business School desks to follow the professor’s lessons, over the years have been illustrious sportsmen: the forerunner has been Gerard Piqué, since the times when he was still a professional footballer, followed among others from Dani Alves, Kakà, Edwin Van der Sar, Oliver Kahn, the hockelato on ice on Pk Subban, Lindsey Vonn and Michaela Schiffrin and the former NBA Stella Dwyane Wade.

Comolli, who has responsibilities on Juve, from the marketing market, from relations with football institutions to sponsors, has not finished learning.
