Judo Osimo: New Season & Open Day – Sept 14th

From Monday 1 September the Dojo of the Judo Club Sakura Osimo Asd starts again with the judo courses for all ages starting from 4 years up to the mature age.

Sunday 7 September we will be in the square in Osimo with our stand and performance on stage for “Sport at the Center” organized by the Municipality of Osimo.

For Sunday 14 September we organized an Open Day to come and visit our Dojo and illustrate the courses and make a small lesson; It will be carried out at the following times: morning 10: 00-12: 00 afternoon 16: 30-18: 30.

At any time of the year the courses can be started, so those who cannot come to these dedicated days, are ready to expect you in our dojo to experience the feeling of trampling on the tatami barefoot and start this training path called Judo.

The courses were structured in age groups in order to better manage a homogeneous group with the same cognitive and physical structure, Judo Corso Sakurini (from 4 to 6 years) with motor and basic activities with play/Judo; Judo Corso Small Samurai (from 7 to 9 years) with activities to start knowing your body and judo bases; Judo Corso Samurai (from 10 to 13 years) with physical preparation and technical judo activities suitable for amateur/agonist teenagers for those who want to approach competitions; Judo Corso Ronin (from 14 to 37 years), dedicated to competitive athletes with physical preparation and study situations and judo technique; Judo Corso Training (for 14 years to the advanced age) for only amateurs to keep fit, studying defense and attack methods and kata forms, a course dedicated to those who want to approach this discipline but without big claims.

In our dojo a small weight/cardio room for all people who want to keep fit and find the pleasure of the movement, perhaps during the lesson of their children/s.

The courses are distributed throughout the week from Monday to Friday from 17:00 in the afternoon, they are mixed male/female courses; Best details you can have them at our dojo which is located in via Barbalarga n. 10 in Osimo.
