A colorful program awaits visitors with numerous sports and hands-on offers presented by the city’s clubs. Among other things, there is a wheelchair course, football tournament, rowing gauge, darts, boccia, dragon boat, hobby horsing, badminton, ju-jutsu, hockey, jumping, drums alive, basketball, soccer dart, sitting volleyball, athletics, table tennis, dance performances and model sports. There is a bouncy castle and playing corner for the youngest guests.

A special accent is located this year on the action day for women and girls in sports, initiated by the city sports association together with many sports clubs and partners. Interested parties can take part in special workshops: Effective self-defense for everyone, situation training: Simulation of realistic attack scenarios and dealing with danger and stressful situations in everyday life and work.

The physical well-being is also taken care of: the Bertolt Brecht-Gymnasium offers a cake bazaar in favor of the Abi-ball, while Lebenshilfe Brandenburg-Potsdam EV and FSV Viktoria Brandenburg 1990 e. V. come up with hearty from the grill and drinks.
