The Falcons of Atlanta dismissed the coach of the Ike Hilliard recipients on Monday, the day after the scathing defeat suffered in front of their section rivals, the Caroline Panthers.
The offensive coordinator of the TJ Yates passes game will ensure the temporary work.
The Panthers crushed the Falcons 30-0 on Sunday in Charlotte. It was their victory with the biggest margin of points in a decade.
The visitors’ attack has never managed to reach the pay area. The quarter-Arrière Michael Penix Jr. experienced the worst match of his young career, launching two interceptions, including a reviewed criticism for the touch.
Penix has not yet launched a touchdown to a distant recipient or a close winger this season.
Hilliard, who is 49 years old, contested his second campaign with the Falcons. He was coach of recipients at Pittsburgh, Washington and Buffalo in the past.
Yates has been in the organization since 2021 and he held this position in 2022 and 2023 before becoming a quarter-back coach last year. The old quarter of the NFL is 38 years old.
