Role Description

This is a contract role for a Head Soccer Coach-Technical Director. The position is based on-site in Jubail. The Head Soccer Coach-Technical Director will oversee all soccer coaching activities, develop training programs, and manage day-to-day coaching operations. Responsibilities include planning and conducting training sessions, assessing player performance, and implementing development plans. The role also requires coordinating with other coaching staff and ensuring adherence to the club’s policies and standards.

• Strong Communication and Education skills
• Experience in leading and managing a team of coaches
• Ability to work collaboratively with players, coaching staff, and management
• Relevant coaching certifications or degrees
• Proven track record of successful player development
