The big nation Germany did not get a good start to the qualification and lost its first World Cup qualifier ever on away ground.

Slovakia peeled and won by 2-0.

Twice David. Twice German nightmare. David Hancko and David Strelec-so is Slovakia’s great heroes after a surprising victory in the World Cup qualifier against Germany.

In the 42nd minute, Hancko struck and gave his country a 1-0 lead into the break.

After the break, many people probably thought that Germany would make a promotion, but not.

Instead, Strelec was able to brilliant puncture the match up to 2-0. The 24-year-old placed the ball in the cross after dribbing away German center back and Real Madrid star Antonio Rüdiger.

The loss was Germany’s first away loss in the World Cup qualifier in 91 years.

Other major nations held the pressure in the first qualifying round. Spain defeated Bulgaria by 3-0 and Belgium away Liechtenstein by 6-0. The Netherlands went against an important scalp at home against Poland, but the Poles acknowledged late to 1-1.

Sweden’s World Cup qualifier starts on Friday, against Slovenia away.
