This condition reportedly made PSG upset. On Sunday (7/9), they issued a statement related to this.
“Following the injury confirmation suffered by the players who were called to the French national team, Ousmane Dembele and Desire Douue, who had a significant impact on the players and clubs, PSG sent a letter to the FFF which urged the formation of a new medical-sports coordination protocol between the club and the national team, which

“PSG, who wants to reaffirm the commitment to the French national team mission, which is a full shared goal, hopes that this regret event will open the way for the formation of new formal frameworks for medical coordination, which guarantees systematic, documented, and reciprocity between the club’s medical staff and the national team, as well as respect for the principle of caution that is reinforced in the pride and use of players, especially when they come with medical conditions.
“A serious and avoided incident recently must produce fast and immediate corrective action. The club is ready to actively contribute to this collective effort, in the interests of the players and the entire professional football community,” concluded PSG.
