Fluminense SAF Proposal: Council Review

During a meeting of the Deliberative Council held on the night of Monday (09/09), in Laranjeiras, was presented the proposal to create a SAF in Fluminense, received earlier by President Mário Bittencourt. The terms were exhibited by Lazuli Partners and LZ Sports partner Carlos de Barros, which represents the Investor Fund.

Following the presentation of the proposal, counselors had the opportunity to comment and ask questions that were clarified by Vice President Mattheus Montenegro, President Mário Bittencourt and Lazuli Partners and LZ Sports partner Carlos de Barros.

The proposal was delivered on the afternoon of Monday (09/08), in a meeting that was also attended by the partner responsible for the area of ​​BTG Pactual merge and acquisitions, Alessandro Farkuh.
