Feyenoord knows when it plays the eight duels in the renewed Europa League. The Rotterdammers finish four home games in De Kuip between September and January and also travel four times abroad. The final schedule was determined by UEFA on Saturday evening.
Robin van Persie’s team will start on 24 September with an away game against SC Braga. Eight days later an attractive poster in De Kuip against Aston Villa immediately follows. Duels with Panathinaikos, VFB Stuttgart and Celtic are on the program in October and November.
The last months of the League Phase still bring Feyenoord to Romania and Spain. First a visit is waiting to FCSB in December, after which the Rotterdammers took on Sturm Graz in January in January. The final piece will follow on January 29 with an away game against Real Betis.
