The Qualifications to the European Under-21 2027 football championship They determine the 15 teams qualified for the final phase of the tournament that is held in Albania and Serbia in June 2027.
Albania and Serbia are automatically qualified for the final phase as host nations. The competition is reserved for players born from 1 January 2004.
The qualifying tournament consists of two phases:
- Group stage: The 51 participants are divided into 9 Italian groups. The first classified teams of each group and the three best seconds qualify directly to the final phase of the tournament, while the other 6 seconds advance to the next qualifying phase by accessing the playoffs scheduled in November 2024 for the last three places in the final phase.
In case of arrival of two or more teams on equal points, the final ranking is drawn up according to the classifies separate Among the interested teams which provides, in order, the following criteria:

- Networks difference in direct clashes
- Networks made in direct clashes
- Networks made away in direct clashes
- General networks difference
- Networks made overall
- Networks made overall away
- Disciplinary score (3 points for each expulsion (both direct and sum of admonitions), 1 point for each warning)
- UEFA ranking attributed during the draw
To determine the 3 best seconds that do not dispute the playoffs, the results obtained against the ranks of the 6 groups are not considered. The following criteria are applied:
