DJK Oberharmersbach: New Sports Season Begins

After the summer break, the new sports season begins at the DJK Oberharmersbach on September 15th. The program includes children’s gymnastics, table tennis, badminton, fitness courses and indoor cycling-for all age groups and performance levels.

Training am Montag

From September 15th, “Funtastico”, a circus sports offer with equilibrium and acrobatics exercises for children from the 4th grade. The course takes place on Mondays at 5:30 p.m. The “Power Fit” fitness course also follows on Mondays and the women’s group 2 at the same time, each at 7 p.m. From 8:15 p.m., badminton players will meet all play strengths in the sports hall. Children’s gymnastics start from September 22 on Mondays with two groups: from 4 years at 3 p.m., from 6 years at 4 p.m.

Parent-child gymnastics and table tennis

Parent-child gymnastics (Wednesdays at 3:30 p.m.) begins on September 17th. This is followed by the table tennis units: Minis at 5 p.m., youth at 6.30 p.m., adults at 8 p.m. An additional table tennis group for minis and adolescents meet on Fridays from September 19th at 6pm.

Opportunities for indoor cycling

The popular indoor cycling begins on October 8th with courses on Wednesdays (Level 2 at 5:45 p.m., Level 3 at 7 p.m.), Thursdays from October 9th (beginner/seniors 60+ at 5:30 p.m., Level 2 at 6.45 p.m.) and Sunday from October 12th (Level 2). The offer is supplemented by the Zumba course (start date will be announced). Further courses are planned and will be published in good time.
