The Free Run Parkour energizes the school year at the Couserans Dojo, which reopens its doors with a rich schedule and free sessions. An intense immersion in the heart of martial arts and acrobatic disciplines.
The recovery sounded for the members of the Couserans dojo. Since this Monday, September 1, the club has reopened its registrations for all of its activities (judo, ju-jitsu, boxing, grappling, mma, karate mix, taïso, cross forming training, bodybuilding). This year, a new activity of acrobatic psychomotricity will be offered to the general public: the “Parkour Free Run”. The activity will be supervised by Flavien Lledo, holder of BPJEPS in acrobatic gymnic activities. The sessions will take place primarily in the dining room, at the Buffelan gymnasium in Saint-Girons, and secondarily outdoors, on the Moulis obstacle course.
