Brazil is unbeaten in the competition, in which it won all the duels for Group C, in the qualifiers. From the round of 16 he surpassed a turn, by 3 sets to 1, the Dominican Republic.

The Brazilian National Team has been in the World Cup since its inception in 1952, but was never champion. The team has five medals in total, four silver and one bronze. This year, Brazilian women seek to break fasting and win the first gold.
France play the competition only for the second, but with a history campaign, ending at least among the top eight in the world. Now the team seeks an unprecedented position in the top 4.
How the 2025 Women’s Volleyball World Cup
The World Championship is one of the main volleyball competitions organized by the International Volleyball Federation (FIVB). The 20th edition takes place in Thailand, until September 7, and the country’s capital, Bangkok, receives the final phase.

In the preliminary phase, the 32 teams were distributed in eight groups of four teams and played with each other in a single shift. The first two teams in each group qualified for the final phase. There were eight games in the round of 16.

Now there will be four in the quarterfinals, two semifinals, the dispute for third place and finally for the championship title. In all, 64 matches are held.
