Gustavo Silva, former Legal Director of Benfica, made known his point of view on open-ended issues, scheduled for October 25, in an interview with A Bola TV.
The use of electronic vote on the islands and abroad has given to speak and there is no unanimity among the six candidacies. “I believe, in abstract terms, that electronic vote may be a good solution, but this is part of a maturity and confidence between institution and associates, which I understand not to exist, especially after 2020.
