Through the Municipal Sports Institute (IMD), he taught softball clinics to young people from the San Fernando ejido, with the aim of training them in a new sport in this region.

The head of the IMD, Angélica Castillo Olivas, announced that these clinics focus on the teaching of basic foundations and the softball regulations.

Accompanied by the player of the Sonora national team, Aylin Morales, both shared their knowledge and experiences with the young athletes of the ejido.

Castillo Olivas stressed that these activities are part of the interest of the municipal president, Luis Fuentes, for promoting sport in rural communities, providing more development opportunities for youth.

He also mentioned that it is planned to take these clinics to other ejidos of the municipality, so he invited teams interested in receiving this training to manage their application through its ejido delegate.
