Lieshout – Badminton Club Lieshout comes back to life again after the summer vacation. In recent weeks, the first training sessions have already been given to the youth (aspirants and juniors). Last week the training sessions for the seniors also started. Incidentally, the training sessions/lessons from the Trybadminton will also start in a few weeks. In short; Within the association, there is plenty of work to work out and getting better and better.

It is generally known that training makes better. Continue to do (and often repeat) exercises suffers to better impact resistance, better condition and therefore better badminton. For that reason, Badminton Club Lieshout gives all youth members training every week. Because of this training they can get better and ultimately get (much) more fun from the Badminton sport. The ultimate goal, getting fun from the Sport Badminton, is paramount and so during the training for the youth there is also plenty of room to make fun and to master the skills in a playful way.

Training is also given for the seniors. This training is not mandatory in contrast to the youth. Seniors can play freely, but can also participate in the training. The training at the seniors is given from 8 p.m. to 8.50 p.m. In that small hour attention is paid to all aspects of the Badminton sport: decisiveness, fitness, tactics and natural technology. Because everyone can get better from training, participating in the training is recommended.

From 1 October an even training will be given at Badminton Club Lieshout. Through the trial Badminton program, (new) members are inspired to better learn badminton. These lessons will be given from October 1 to December 10 and in those 10 lessons all the basic principles of the Badminton will be reviewed. Tim van Bommel and Ainara Vandegard will take care of this program for starting badmintonners and Christian Klumpers will provide the training for the advanced badmintonner.
