Isak wanted to talk most about the national team, but Blågult was a heavy topic after 0-2 in Pristina.

Isaac came to the Swedish World Cup qualifying collection in Stockholm almost a week ago-less than a day after becoming Premier League’s most expensive players ever. He was recruited by the Liverpool championship team from Newcastle for the equivalent of about SEK 1.66 billion after a long serial during the summer where the 25-year-old refused to train with his former club to get through a transition.
– It’s been a transfers summer. I have had my willingness to change club. I have done that now, so I’m happy, says Isaac.
He gets asked about All the harsh words he heard during the summer that he wanted to argue away from Newcastle.
– It’s part of the sport. Much that I can’t control and I’m glad things are ready. So I can focus on my and my new club, says Isaac and continues:
– After such a loss, you don’t feel very good. We are here with the national team and we have had a tough day and a tough loss. This is where the emotions lie.
Jon Dahl Tomasson waited for over 70 minutes before replacing the Swedish attack star away to Kosovo.
– I gave him the maximum number of minutes, he tells Viaplay.
Isaac had at the beginning of summer injury recruits and trained individually when Newcastle was at pre -season camp in Asia. For the national team’s World Cup qualifying collection he came match-trained.
In Friday’s 2-2 match against Slovenia in Ljubljana, Isaac did not play at all. In Monday’s 0-2 collapse against Kosovo in Pristina, he got just over 20 minutes of playing time at the end.
– We have talked during this collection about what is a risk and what is not a risk. It is obviously very difficult. You want to play him every minute. You see he is dangerous and create situations. But we need him next month, the month after that and next year, says Jon Dahl Tomasson to Viaplay.
