No pre-registration is necessary (just come by)-there are 2 free taster training (on 09/26 and on October 3rd)

What should be brought with you?
T-shirt and, if possible, jogging pants (long) without a zip, water bottle, hair tie with long hair
Judogi’s (€ 45 – 50 € depending on the size) can be tried out and bought in October.

FAQ:
Can the children also take part in the beginner course with 4-5 years?
No, there is your own prejudo courses (start date from March 2026). With too large groups with different levels of development, the children often lose fun.
A start at this beginner course is only possible from the elementary school age.
Are there courses for adults (beginners)?
Due to the low demand, we do not offer courses especially for adult beginners.
Athletes with martial arts are welcome to complete a trial training.
