Atlético Nacional, one of Colombia’s most storied soccer clubs, advanced to teh quarterfinals of the Copa Betplay, but not without a significant scare. Despite entering their match at the Estadio Centenario with a comfortable aggregate lead, complacency nearly cost them a spot in the next round.

With the clock ticking down, sarmiento unleashed a stunning shot from distance that beat the goalkeeper, Sergio pabón, leveling the score at 2-2. The comeback, while not enough to lose their aggregate lead, secured Nacional’s passage to the next round with an overall score of 6-2.
