Alfred Johansson: Employee Concerns & Issues

The joints crack in Rosenborg BK, according to the World Gang (VG). The magazine states that within the squad there is some dissatisfaction with Swedish head coach Alfred Johansson and his leadership style. The information claims that the discouraged mood must have arisen in recent weeks.

– It is so in an elite sports culture that people are sometimes dissatisfied with things, especially when the performance is varied. It is part of running a top club with individuals who want to perform, Johansson tells VG.

Part of the criticism is said to revolve around the fact that Johansson is not particularly receptive to the thoughts and ideas of others in discouraged periods.

According to VG, confidence in Johansson is still great in the governing bodies and it does not seem that he is at risk of getting rid of the job.

– When you vary in performance and do not deliver as you like, there is always some dissatisfaction. There are some who play less and some playing more and then there will be talk. You take that, but such is the football. It’s a natural thing. We have high expectations and are not satisfied with the performance. Then we know that such issues will come, says RBK’s Swedish sports manager Mikael Dorsin to VG.

Rosenborg has slipped after the top in the elite series (Norway’s highest) and it separates eleven points up to four Tromsø in European place.
