First of all, we would like to express our sincere gratitude to all the boosters who fought together last season and shared their joy and frustration.
The roster for the Rising Zephyr Fukuoka 2025-26 season has been decided.
This season, we are very encouraging and pleased that Fukushima Masato has been appointed as head coach, and that both continuing and new players have teams with high abilities and strong will.
I feel that team staff has a system in place that allows them to take on their own responsibilities and roles and can support the players with all their might.
Last season, he was one step away from being promoted to B1, but was eliminated in the semi-finals of the playoffs. The frustration and apologies of not being able to achieve B1 promotion for the second year in a row have remained within reach, and will not go away.
