Ghanaian footballer Thomas Partey accused for rape. The announcement was made this Friday, July 4, by British police. The 32 -year -old was charged with rapes in two women and for sexual assault on a third. The facts would have occurred between 2021 and 2022, the police said in a statement.
According to the “crown prosecution service”, one of the non-ministerial services of the United Kingdom responsible for legal proceedings, Thomas Party “will appear before the Westminster Magistrates Court (Instance court) Tuesday, August 5, 2025 ”. The Ghanaian international had started his professional career in Atlético Madrid in 2012, before being loaned to the RCD Mallorca then to the Unión Deportiva Almería then to join Arsenal in 2020. Thomas Parte played nearly 170 games with the Gunners and notably faced Paris Saint-Germain this season in the semi-final return of the Champions League. At the end of his contract on June 30, the club announced its departure.
