A fiery chapel could be held this Friday in Gondomar, a locality where Diogo Jota had started football in his childhood.
The funeral of the Portuguese international striker of Liverpool Diogo Jota and his brother should take place on Saturday in Gondomar, in the suburbs of Porto (North), at 10:00 am local (9:00 am GMT), the Lusa agency reported on Thursday by citing a source from the local town hall.
It was with the club of this locality, the Gondomar Sport Clube founded in 1921, that the Reds striker had made his debut in football. A fiery chapel could stick to it on Friday evening in an adjacent chapel of the church of Gondomar, but the schedule was not yet known at this stage, because the bodies of the two men were then still in Spain, said Lusa.
