This year’s National Basketball Association’s (NBA) season and the most valuable player of the finals, Shay Gilde-Alexander, with the champion Oklahoma City Thunder has agreed on the maximum contract, ESPN reports.
The new agreement stipulates that the Gildes-Alexander will receive $ 285 million from the 2027/2028 season to the 2030/2031 season, or an average of $ 71.25 million per season, the highest average salary in the NBA. At the moment, Gildez-Alexander remains in the current contract for the next two seasons.
In the Main Event, the 26 -year -old Canadian scored an average of 32.7 points, but scored 30.3 points in the final series. He is only the 11th player in NBA history, who has been the most valuable in the Main Event and the finals in one season.
