Luoyang Molybdenum: 2025 TFM Football & Congo Day Success

On the afternoon of June 26, the 4th Football Championship and the Independence Day celebration of the Congolese time were successfully concluded at the Bravo Camp Mikuba Football Stadium.

Local government officials, tribal chiefs, trade union representatives, TFM and KFM company management, tournament organizing committee, contractor partners and employees attended the event. Mining operation engineers, logistics staff and other players “turned into” Green Field and struggled on the field, interpreting the true meaning of teamwork with tacit cooperation.

Before the finals, Zhang Dongsong and Fungurume Town Mayor Ms. Aline Mkano Tshilombo kicked off for the game, symbolizing the transmission of friendship and competitive spirit.

The women’s group Antelope team was the first to play against the East District Feng team in the final. The subsequent men’s group competition was held by the defending champion, the “White Sharks” of the Ministry of Information Technology, against the powerful “Superstars” of the Security Management Department. In the first half, the White Sharks defended tightly, passed accurately, and made a sharp attack, and scored first; in the second half, the Superstars launched a counterattack and were indomitable. In the end, the White Sharks successfully defended their title and won the championship with a score of 1:0. The men’s mining department blasting team won the third place and became the new “dark horse” in this competition.

After the competition, the winning teams took the stage to receive the awards one after another, and applause and cheers came one after another. From the initial appearance of the group stage to the thrilling knockout stage, to the peak showdown in the finals, all of them are embodied in the players’ hard work and persistence.
