The Argentinian defender of Lens Facundo Medina was loaned with option to buy at Olympique de Marseille, the two Ligue 1 clubs announced on Wednesday.
After five seasons in the Artesian club (165 games, 8 goals), the 26 -year -old international (seven selections) joined “in the form of a loan with option to buy” Marseille, writes OM. He will find in central defense his compatriot Leonardo Balerdi.

The defender was linked until 2028 with the RC Lens where he “went from the status of hope to polish to that of respected and referenced defender of Ligue 1”, paid tribute to the RCL.
The amount of the loan, which was not specified by the clubs, is according to several media of two million euros with a purchase option of 18 M euros.
