Arkhan Kaka: From TNI AD Soldier to Content Writer

JAKARTA, KOMPAS.com – Former Indonesian U-17 national team player, Arkhan Kaka, officially joined as a soldier of the Indonesian Army National Army (TNI AD) and was appointed as the Indonesian Army Bintara with the rank of Sergeant Dua on Saturday (6/29/2025).

Head of the Army Information Office (Kadispenad) Brigadier General Wahyu Yudhayana said, Arkhan was recruited through a special pathway for the TNI Headquarters for soccer and volleyball athletes.

“The info is indeed true, Arkhan joined as a soldier of the Army through the recruitment path of the Special Program of the TNI Headquarters (the path of soccer and volleyball athletes),” Brigadier General Wahyu told Kompas.comWednesday (2/7/2025).

Arkhan had previously taken the first education at the Kodam Jaya Main Regiment (Rindam Jaya/Jayakarta).

After being inaugurated, he will continue his vocational education or branch before it is placed in the task force to be determined later.

“For the placement of tasks or new units, it will be determined later after undergoing the vocational education/branching,” Wahyu said.

Arkhan Kaka was known to the public after being part of the Indonesian U-17 national team squad at the U-17 World Cup in 2023.
